Generally the more information your provide the faster we can identify and solve the problem. Bellow is a checklist of what information you should provide (if applicable)

If you are reporting about an error:
  • Name of the program and version number.
  • In what Workflow mode ("pre-paid" or "pay as you go") PC-panel was used when error occurs? (apples on Cafe Manager only)
  • Does error happen in other workflow? (apples on Cafe Manager only)
  • Does error happen consistently?
  • If you see any error messages, please supply all information displayed in the message i.e. error header and error description.
  • Steps to reproduce the error.
